Refund and Returns Policy

🚫 No Return, No Exchange Policy

Please note that all sales are final.

Due to the nature of automotive parts and our commitment to quality assurance, we do not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes cases where the wrong item is ordered by the customer, or the part is no longer needed after delivery.

We strongly encourage you to confirm compatibility with your vehicle before placing the order. Our team is available 24/7 to help you with part verification and selection.


✅ Exceptions (if applicable)

We only offer a replacement if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must share clear unboxing video and photos showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item. Refunds are not issued.


🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

In case your item arrives damaged or is not functioning as expected:

  1. Contact us immediately at [support@hindmotorz.in] or WhatsApp us via the Contact Us page.
  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and unboxing video/photos.
  3. Our support team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill your paid order due to stock issues or other unforeseen reasons. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

❗Important Notes

  • Sale/discounted items are not refundable under any condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping in case of approved defective product replacements.
