At Hind Motorz, we strive to deliver premium auto parts to your doorstep with speed, safety, and reliability. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle orders and delivery across India.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

All orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
Orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Deliveries in metro cities are generally faster (3–5 business days), while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer (7–10 business days).
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted logistics partners, including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and others.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are mentioned clearly at the checkout stage.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or above a certain order value during promotions.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
Dispatch usually occurs within 1–2 working days after successful payment.
A tracking ID will be shared with you once the order is shipped so you can monitor its status.

🧾 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, we do not offer COD services. All payments must be made online via Razorpay or UPI.

🚫 Delivery Delays

While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, certain external factors may cause delays:

Strikes or transport disruptions
Weather conditions
Festive seasons or government restrictions

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

🛑 Failed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, contact unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked as “Undelivered.” Re-shipping charges may apply.

🔁 Returns Due to Shipping Damage

In case your product is damaged during shipping:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share an unboxing video and photos of the damage.
We will investigate and process a replacement if found valid.
